Cottage rental is $100.00/night plus 11.5% tax and a one time cleaning fee of $50.00. For Holidays and Special Events of the year the rate would be $200.00/night. 5 DAYS minimum stay. We require a $200 security deposit to hold/confirm your reservation. The deposit is not part of the rent and is used to confirm the reservation and held as security. We do require 2 weeks notice for cancellation or your deposit would be forfeited. We only accept Cash, Checks, Cashier's check or Money Order
