Property Rates 
Low Season (October - December): $600/Week or $1,200/Month
High Season (January - September): $800/Week or $1,600/Month

3 nights ($125 per night) stays will be considered based on availability.

There is a $75 cleaning fee.

A security deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking to hold
the reservation.  Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover are accepted
through PayPal.  I am a PayPal Verified Merchant.

Higher rates do apply during special event weeks (Speed Week, Bike
