Nearby attractions include: Pineland Marina, Alden Pines Golf 
Course,Tarpon Lodge and Restaurant, Calusa Indian burial mounds and 
the free public kayak launch park are all within walking distance. 
Four Winds Marina, Jug Creek Marina, grocery and drug stores, 
several restaurants, local shops and local art galleries are located 
on the island within a three-mile drive. Other attractions within a 
half hour drive include: Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Fort Myers 
Beach, two large outlet malls, Henry Ford and Thomas Edison's homes,

April. Weekly Rate startat $800.00. Monthly rates vary from $2,200 
to $2,800 depending on time of year. Prime season is January to 
April.Rates include all utilities. Monthly rentals include maid 
service every other week. Weekly cleaning is also available for 
$75.00 per week. A departure cleaning charge of $100.00 is applied 
to all rentals. 

$200.00 deposit is required for weekly rentals, $500 for monthly 
rentals. Additional deposit is required for longer rentals.
