floor is the main area and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and large

open deck.  Downstairs also has its own kitchen along with 2 
bedroom, 1 bathroom, living and dining rooms and screened porch.  
Both floors available together as a package or separately.  

There is central heat/air upstairs, heat/air donstairs.  There is 
also a two-car carport and washer/dryer area.  For your convenience 
a private boat ramp is just across the street.  Also included and 
supplied upstairs and downstairs is everthing you need to enjoy 
your stay such as small appliances, linens, towels, dishes, etc.  
Just bring your bathing suit and flip flops. We provide the rest.

Within 10 minutes you will find a variety of parks, swimming areas, 
fishing piers and boat ramps.  Rent a boat, canoe or kayak and 
cruise the crystal clear and scenic Weeki Wachee River.  Located 
just a few miles away on US Hwy 19 is Buccaneer Bay Water Park and 
Weeki Wachee Park, home of the world famous Mermaids.  Also on Hwy 
19 and in the immediate area you will find a variety of restaurants 
and shopping areas.  There are many amusement parks and attractions 
in the Tampa, St. Petersburg and Orlando areas, and are only about 
an hour and a half away.  The Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park, home 
of the Manatees, is only 30 minutes north on Hwy 19.  Some of the
