Kindly note: No smoking allowed inside this condo, and no pets are
allowed in this unit.  One-month minimum rental term required, prefer a
two to three months rental.

This great location in North Naples is near everything. (The nearest 
intersection is Orange Blossom Drive and Airport-Pulling Road; zip
code: 34109.) You are a short 5-10 minute drive to Clam Pass Beach,
the Naples Philharmonic, Naples Museum, Waterside Shops, Hollywood 20
Cinema, horseback riding stables, the Naples Ritz Tiburon golf course,
North Naples Regional water park, and many outstanding restaurants.

The condo is located on a quiet residential street in a nice
development,  with lots of amenities You would be very comfortable
here. For an over night guest the condo has an inflatable double
mattress stored in the closet. There are also extra sheets, blankets,
pillows, etc. in the closet. The sofa is also comfortable enough to
sleep on for a night or two. 

There is no internet access in this condo, but there is a very modern
public library just down the road -- and, you can use their computers
for free without being a resident here. There is also free outdoor WiFi
available at this nearby public library in its outdoor courtyard/cafe. 
 Calistoga Cafe is located just north off Airport Road. In addition there
are many nice local breakfast cafes in this area. We purposely did
not put in internet access because tenants usually bring their own
computer,cell phones, and do not want to pay an increased cost of 
internet servie and a phone line. 

The two photos above, at the top of this page, show the following: on
the left, you see the main pool area and fitness center; on the right, 
you see the other pool and fitness center, which is closer to the condo. 

This unit's building is on a lake. When you step out the front door of
this condo, you see that view in the photo at the top right. After you
walk downstairs, in less than one minute, a few steps around the lake
you're at the pool and fitness center you see at the top right photo.
 
The left photo is is a picture of the larger pool and fitness center,
with a heated jacuzzi. It is one of the two fitness centers, equipped 
with individual tv screens on each piece of cardio fitness equipment.

One of my favorite features about this condo development (which is very
unusual to find in condo developments) is the very luxurious
and comfy cushioned lounges by the two pool areas. There are also
covered sun decks by both pools, with ceiling fans, as well as uncovered 
sun deck areas by  both pools, again, with these comfy lounges. 

At the nearest intersection previously mentioned, you'll find the
county's newest library, a Greek Orthodox Church, and the Italian
American Club. A very short drive is the First Baptist Church of
Naples. Many other houses of worship are also located in Naples. 

The condo unit is located about a half-mile inside the development's
main entrance, and is set back from the main roads. A short distance
from this condo is a fresh fruit and vegetable market. local Costco,
and many other stores and eateries, with a Starbucks, down the street.

Other months, furnished, from $1250 and up.

At this time all months are available. Rent early to

ADDITIONAL COSTS. In addition to rent, here are some other fees that
apply. Please call for information.

--a one-time $50 Application Fee, as every potential tenant must fill
  out a short application;
--a one-time $100 cleaning fee, as the condo is professionally cleaned; 
--a partial cost of all utilities   ($150 per month for water,
   electricity, and cable TV.)
--10% of the monthly rental fee for Florida tax, for rentals less than
   six months.
--a $500 security fee, which is returned to you, provided the condo is
    left in the excellent condition you found it! :) 

NOTE: There are NO additional fees for all amenities and parking. All
are included in the rent. 

REFUND POLICY: We regret we cannot offer any refunds, because once we
reserve this condo for you, we have to turn away other potential
renters. We suggest you consider obtaining travel or vacation
insurance in the event circumstances beyond your control require you
to cancel your trip.
