Are you looking for a little Serenity in your next Gulf Coast
vacation? You've found it! Our views of the Gulf are spectacular, our
style is low-key, and we insist that you kick-back, get comfortable
and most of all - have a great time!

Serenity is a 3rd floor condo, a 1 bedroom plus loft bedroom with 1
and 3/4 baths (bath with shower), boasting a vaulted ceiling offering
two story views of the spectacular views of the back channel and the
Gulf in Cedar Key. (New tile in living and dining room!)

Our private balcony offers a stunning view of small mangrove islands,
Wacassassa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy sunrises, the long-legged
wading birds, and the play of light on the water. Sip a drink while
watching the fishermen (and women) pulling in their catches from the
private fishing dock. We enjoy breakfast and dinner on the balcony
while watching the birds on the flats. At high tide, we're often
visited by dolphins as they fish along the shore.

Cedar Key is a small community of about 800 year round residents,
located 4 miles out into the Gulf. Connected by a series of small
causeways, Cedar Key truly feels as if you have escaped the rest of
the world. Known for its artist and fishing community, Cedar Key is a
great location for couples and families to enjoy the natural setting
of the wildlife refuge that surrounds the island. 

Cedar Key isn't known for its nightlife. Most restaurants on Dock
Street all have lounges and often rock, blues, or country bands, but
the streets roll up relatively early. 

If you're looking for sandy beaches - Cedar Key isn't your vacation
place. But if you're looking to bird watch, fish, laze on a balcony
with a tall cool one and watch the birds and boats go by - you will
love Cedar Key!

2008  Rates 

      $900/week (A week is normally required from Feb. 1 - May 1)
      $160/night (2 night minimum out of season)
      $3,000/month (Jan, Feb, August, Sept., December only)

Pet Fee: $10/pet/visit (if pet is approved by owner)

In-season months (February through mid-July) require a minimum of a
week's stay. Longer stays are possible, please inquire. 

Holiday and festival weekends require a minimum of 4 nights and
will not be reserved more than 4 weeks in advance unless you reserve
at least a week's stay. Please check our calendar for

Florida tax is NOT included.
