We have new living room furniture in a smoke blue leather and new 
carpet, bought Dec 2006. Also new is the bedroom furniture. This 
fall of 2007 I have added new throw rugs. Our unit has one bedroom 
w/ 2 queen size beds/ one bath w/hair dryer and curling iron. We 
have a nice full size desk, a fully equipped up-dated kitchen with 
refrigerator that has crushed and cubed ice the on door. There is a 
counter bar and dining area. Our living area has a queen-size sofa 
bed, 34” High-Definition TV w/ a DVD & VHS player.  We offer High 
Definition Cable w/ HBO and Show-Time. There is a 2nd - 20" TV in 
the bedroom w/DVD which has regular cable and there is a clock radio 
w/CD player in the bedroom.

LONG DISTANCE CALLING (50 US STATES and CANADA)  to our condo. 

Maximum occupancy for a one bedroom is 4 people-No subleasing of the 
unit is permitted. 

Rules and Regulations: NO SMOKING - NO PETS
This is a non-smoking unit. The tenant shall occupy the unit in a 
quiet and dignified manner. Pets are not permitted on the property 
under any circumstances. Guest in violation of these rules will be 
asked to vacate the premises with forfeiture of rental and/or 
deposit monies.

We are located on the 2nd floor, we are overlooking the beach, 
where you can enjoy many beautiful sunsets.  There is sheltered 
parking with unit 208 parking space, a convenient elevator and 
laundry room access on the south end of 1st floor.  We have an ocean 
view heated pool, with clean restrooms and a shower outside.

FREE LONG DISTANCE CALLING (50 US STATES AND CANADA) to our condo.

We are conveniently located approximately 5 miles south of 
Clearwater Beach. Local attractions include John's Pass Village and 
Boardwalk, which offers many water sports, Clearwater Marine 
Aquarium, Casino, golf courses and miniature golf in the area. 
There are many great restaurants, most with a casual atmosphere.
The Sun-Coast Beach Trolley stops out front and will take you from 
Sand Key to St Pete Beach daily with unlimited stops for just one 
price. We are just a short drive from two airports.
St.Petersburg/Clearwater is approximately 25 minutes and Tampa 
International Airport is approximately 40 minutes. It’s convenient 
drive to Florida's major attractions, Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea 
World, etc.  

Rates do not include all charges. There is a $65.00 Cleaning Fee and 
7% Florida sales tax and 5% resort tax (Total Taxes 12%). 
 
Additional $200.00 security deposit is required and is refunded 
within 10 days after departure (if there are no damages after 
inspection from housekeeping)

Discounts available for multiple weeks.

Reservation deposit $200 for one week, $300.00 for 2 weeks, $400.00 for three weeks, $500 
for month. More that one month deposit varies.

Deposit due in 10 days of making reservation-Balance 
due 30 days prior to Arrival Payment by Check or Money Order, 
etc...No Credit Cards

Cancellation Policy
More than 45 days, refund minus $100; less than 45 days, no refund.
No refunds will be given for mandatory hurricane evacuations but we 
will give a credit to be used at a later date within the 
availability of my unit. No refunds for early departure.
