miles to beaches. 
You can walk to a couple restauants, Walgreens and 7-11 plus the new Gateway Mall at North Bay with 
the new Bealls store among many others. However, this area is still very quiet & secluded.  Nicely 
furnished updated tiled units with  screened lanais Looking out to a County preserve
area.  King size bed & Queen available.

No smoking, small to medium sized pet is very possible. No barkers please
please just well behaved dogs or cats.

Range, microwave, Dishwasher, Cable TV, Stereo, DVD/VHS, 
Gas Grill on lanai

Queen Size or King Size. Sofa bed in Living room.  Free use of Washer
& Dryer in attached building. 
Central heat and Air conditioning  No bugs regular pest control service.
No telephone as most now have cell phone with them.  Internet connection with wireless card.

My 15 year old daughter and I enjoyed our stay the week of
3/28-4/4/2007. Perfect location and the fully equipped kitchen was

September rates - December 2008 $425.00 week plus tax (cleaning included)
Thanksgiving week $500.00 plus tax 
Christmas week thru New years Eve    $1000.00 plus tax

March $2300.    Weekly rate $700.00 based on two weeks minimum
starting on the 1st or 15th or 16th  only

April $1500.         Weekly rate $400.00 based on two weeks minimum
starting on the 1st or 15th or 16th only

I also collect a $250.00 security deposit refunded within two weeks
of departure less any damage or loss.  This is to insure the apartment
stays complete and nice for the next guests. 

Pet Deposit $250.00 $150.00 refundable less any loss or damage. 
$100.00 not refundable and  will be  used for additional cleaning from
Pet.

Unit is set up for two people.  A short term stay of a guest on sofa
bed may be possible for a small additional charge. Inquire


$500.00 deposit to make reservation,  1/2 of Balance 120 days 
before arrival and balance 90 days before arrival. 
Quick booking within the 60 day period is 1/2 when making reservation 
and balance within 30 days prior arrival.
$100.00 cancellation fee if cancelled within the first deposit stage.
 If cancelled after monies less $100 cancellation fee will only be
refunded if your time is booked by another party.  Every effort will
be made to rent the apt and refund your money.
