This beautiful 4 Bed 3 Bath villa with South facing pool and deck is 
large enough for two families to share without being cramped. No 
running for the towel and sun lounger first thing, just take your 
time and relax over breakfast in the nook overlooking the pool.
With four large bedrooms, all have walk in wardrobes, there are 2 en-
suite bathrooms and one extra for good measure, the villa 
comfortably sleeps eight. If you travel with a larger party, then 
there's also a large sofa bed making it ten.
Then there's the south facing pool area with shaded lanai. After a 
long day at the theme park, its great to come back to your own 
floodlit pool and recharge with a glass of wine.
The villa was completed in October 2004 located on the Westbury site 
off route 27, behind the orange groves. Approximately 10-15 mins 
from the major theme parks and retail outlets, 30-40 mins from 
Orlando international airport and just around the corner from 
two "All You Can Eat" Chinese Buffets, many bars, shops and takeouts 
etc.

With almost 1,700 sq. ft of air conditioned living space, the large 
family room leads out to the oversize pool and decking. The dining 
area, with its fully laid table is next to the breakfast bar which 
leads to the fully (and i mean fully) equiped American style kitchen 
with a huge fridge freezer and cooker and why not have breakfast in 
the nook which has a beautiful view of the pool.

For those of you who hate coming home unpacking, washing, ironing, 
not to mention drying in the wet UK climate, there's a massive top 
loading washing machine & dryer, iron and board tucked away from 
view in the laundry room adjacent to the double garage, which house 
the games room, pool air hockey and fussbal.
There's also cable TV and a DVD/video for you to watch all the films 
you had taken of yourselves at the parks.

For those of you wanting to keep upto date with work/friends there's 
WiFi included in the price.

Close by are too many Golf courses to mention, the nearest being 
2min drive. There's also a visitor centre with all local activities 
you can think off listed, just around the corner.
