The Pelican Isle complex, in which our condo is located, is fresh 
and new. The complex opened for occupancy in December 2002. The gulf 
front building lies on the west end of Okaloosa Island. Heated Pool 
year round located on the gulf side of the complex along with a hot 
tub adds to your experience.

There is also a picnic area with a small lawn to relax. Available on 
the main floor is an exercise room just inside the pool area.

Parking is no problem at Pelican Isle. A covered parking slip is 
included with your rental with additional parking in the lot. 
Convenient onsite 24/7 lobby simplifies the check-in procedure and 
the staff can help you with any questions you may have.

Inside our professionally decorated unit, you can relax in the 
living area or lounge on the king size bed while seeing and hearing 
the gulf lull you to sleep.

Complete entertainment center includes VCR, DVD, 32" TV & stereo 
systems. Both bedroom have VCR & TV combination units.

Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed with a door which enters the 
bathroom. Master 
bedroom is like home with its generous size and king size bed. 
Master bath is also large with double sink vanity & Jacuzzi tub and 
shower.

Well equipped kitchen can handle a microwave snack or a full fledged 
Thanksgiving Dinner. Everything from a blender to a crockpot. Are 
you packing light? No Problem...a washer & dryer unit is located 
right in our condo.

The most spectacular feature is the wonderful balcony and its great 
view. The views at sunrise & sunset can not be described...they must 
be experienced! The beautiful oranges and reds change as the snow 
white sand turns to blue and purple...WOW! Our 2 bedroom balcony has 
a double balcony with entry into the master bedroom as well as the 
living area. Enjoy unobstructed views east & west down the coast 
searching for those playful dolphins in the emerald green gulf 
waters. Beach chairs & umbrella are provided to you during beach 
season
