A beautiful(lower and upper) duplex house. Lovely both inside and 
out, the house is located mid-Estero Island on a canal across the 
street from gorgeous Fort Myers Beach. A dock is available for boats.
 
Both apartments are beautifully decorated and comfortable.  There are 
screened porches overlooking the canal, and modern appliances with 
dishwasher, washer and drier, fully equipped kitchens and all linens 
supplied even beach towels.  Both units are central airconditioned and heated.
 
Easy to walk or bike across the street to a wide, soft sandy beach, 
with beach bar,restaurant, and lovely deck area with lounge chairs for your
enjoyment at the Outrigger Resort..  Cabanas are available for rent on the 
beach as is parasailing. 

Boat rental less than 1 mile.

Churches, banks, theatre, restarants,shopping, and medical facilities 
are within 2 miles. 
The shed holds bikes and swimming toys, beach chairs, & beach umbrellas.

  

Cable TV in most rooms.Cable may be turned off in summer for rentals

A security deposit of $300.00 per unit is required 
which includes the cleaning fee of $90.00 per unit.

Note:  BBQ Grill usage:  If you use the grills provided for each unit 
it is appreciated if you would clean the grill before departure for 
the next tenant to use and also fill up the propane tanks.  
Doing this will not add any additional charges against you deposit

There is an 11% bed tax per unit added onto the total rental.

Upon your departure the cleaning service will inspect the unit (s) 
and the balance of your deposit, less the cleaning fee and any other
charges you incurred during your stay, will be returned to you promptly.
