northern tip of Collier County West of 41. Take Interstate I75 to
Bonita Beach Rd (Exit#116)go West to West Avenue crossing over Old 41
and 41. Left on West Ave to corner of 3rd and West.  Driveway is off
West on Left, the only brick paver driveway.

June thru mid November    $450.00 Week plus tax if available with 2 week minimum


July thru Dec six month lease available at $875.00 per month and this includes
electric,cable and water and internet connection with wireless computer or card.

All linens and utilities included. Unit is for 2 people only.  

$500.00 deposit to hold the date.  1/2 of Balance is due 120 days 
before arrival and the balance is due 60 days before arrival.  

$250.00 of this first deposit is security deposit and will be held 
until after departure.  It will be returned less any damages or 
charges.  
Rental rates do not include the 10% tax (State and hotel tax) 


Pet Deposit $250.00 $150.00 refundable less any loss or damage. 
$100.00 not refundable and will be  used for additional cleaning from Pet.


$100.00 cancellation fee if cancelled within the deposit stage. 
Refunds will only be made after that if the time period is booked by
another party.  Every effort will be made to book and refund your money.
