There is a cleaning and linen fee of $100.00, and 12% FLORIDA
TOURISM TAX ( for stays under six months)in addition to these fee's. 
All amounts are in US dollars.

A deposit of $250.00 is due at contract. A refund is available 
if cancellation 60 day prior to arrival. All amounts are due 30 days 
prior to arrival.
