Two bedroom, two bath on a private lake with three adult grapefruit 
trees with a new floating dock in the backyard. Our home is newly
remodelled with a modern decor.

Master bedroom has a king size pillow-top bed (very comfortable), 
two dressers, ceiling fan, alarm/clock radio,phone, full bath and 
two roomy closets.  Second bedroom has a queen size pillow- top bed
(very comfortable), phone, ceiling fan, mirrored dresser and closet.
Full bath is out side second bedroom door. 
Kitchen is equipped with a new fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 
coffeemaker, toaster, dishes,utensils, blender,and glass top range 
ect... Open kitchen and dinning room area. Breakfastnook has two 
stools and butterfly style dining table seats four. Large living room
has a new sofa, lazy boy recliner, 27 inch tv, Directv and vcr.
Patio door lead to fully screened sun porch.  
Sun porch has weight lifting equipment, gas grill and new table with
new lounge chairs. Laundry room is in garage with a new washer,new
dryer and sink.  
In the backyard there is a new floating dock with a jhonboat.  The
bass fishing is great but we believe in caught and release. 
Fully air conditioned---linens and towels are provided. Iron , 
ironing board and new  vacuum are in the hall closet. No smoking,No 
mototizied boats are allowed on private lake and No pets allowed 
inside.                          
 

Public Gulf Courses(If interested in golfing there is a set of clubs 
avaiable. Please replace the balls used.),Cinemas,Gulf View Square 
Mall,Target,WalMart Super Center, and Fine Dining, Grocery Stores 
and Beaches. Tampa is approx. 35 miles drive away. Tampa has Busch 
Gardens, Adventure Island(water park) and Lowry Park Zoo. The Sponge 
Docks are in Tarpon Springs approx. 14 miles away. There is some 
very pretty park and beaches in our area. There is Fred Howard Park 
which is in Tarpon Spring. Green Key Beach is south on highway 19 in 
New Port Richey. Hudson Beach is north on highway 19 in Hudson. 

$250.00 deposit is required to make reservation.
$250.00 is non-refundable only if you cancel without a two week 
notice.  There is a two week notice of cancelation requirement.
