We are less than 70 yards from the dune walk-over to one the nicest
beaches in the USA -- the nearby St. Joseph Peninsula State Park was
rated America's Best Beach in 2002 by Dr. Stephen P. Leatherman,
otherwise known as Dr. Beach. "A Beach Break" has great Gulf views
from both our pool-front balcony and screened porch out the large bay
windows in the dining area and Master BR #2. With 1560+ sq feet of
interior space, we sleep 8 with room to spare, have 360 sq. feet of
screened porch and balcony space, lots of closet space and we are an end
unit for added privacy. Bed and bath linens are provided. Master BR #1
has its own balcony and the screened porch off the living room has
sliding panels for an unobstructed Gulf view.
