the outdoor porches allows our guests to experience the New Orleans 
feel of the Seaside Community.  You have a view of the Gulf of Mexico down the pedestrian corridor 
of this community.  The New Orleans feeling apartment is 
located on the corner where life is happening.  All the living area 
is on one level, Each bedroom has their own bath.  
A fully equipped tiled kitchen, open living/dining with a large 
screen TV.  You will feel like you are in the midst of excitment and the sights and sounds of the 
beach community of Seaside. 

 The 2 BR. apartment has a queen bed in the master with a private 
bath, and two twin beds with their private bath.    A sofa sleeper allows you to sleep two more.
Kitchen is fully  equipped and there is a LARGE screen TV in the living area.

Neville Brothers to Perform in Seaside 
Seaside Jazz Festival - a journey through jazz

As culmination of the first "Journey Through Jazz" in Seaside, Florida, the Neville Brothers are 
scheduled to headline on Memorial Day. The inaugural festival features performances from 12 
different Jazz groups over two weeks.
