Unit #2 in Indian Shores, Florida on the beautiful white sandy 
beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. 

Holiday Villas III is located at 18610 Gulf Boulevard approximately 
40 minutes from Tampa Airport between the cities of Clearwater and 
St. Pete Beach.

This cozy beach level 1 bedroom - 11/2 bathroom condo sleep 4 
comfortably. The master bedroom suite has a queen bed and private 
bathroom with a queen sleeping sofa in the living room. Living room 
and bedroom have cable television.

The spacious living area walks out to a covered patio facing the 
beach with a BBQ area close by! Play shuffle board, relax by the 
heated pool or just walk on the beach. A private boat dock on the 
inter-coastal waterway is available for your use at a nominal fee.

This unit is located next to our 2 bedroom and can be opened up to 
make a large 3 bedroom.

High speed Wireless internet is now available through the on site 
office. Rates are $29.95 wk, $39.95 for 2 wks or $59.95 a month.
Cribs, Pack n Plays and High Chairs are also available.

Please smoking is only allowed on the patio.

The condo is completely furnished including a DVD/VCR, microwave, 
ice maker, blender and coffe maker. Washer and dryer available in 
building one floor up.

High speed internet is available in the condo through the on-site 
office. Rates range from $12.95 per day to $59.95 for a month. 
Contact the office when you arrive and make arrangements. 

Gulf Boulevard Beach trolley is available. Hiking, Biking, Golf, 
Tennis, Fitness Center, Minature Golf, Amusement Parksm Fishing, 
Swimming, Snorkeling & Diving, Boating, Sailing, Windsurfing, Jet -
