Rates include all utilities, high-speed Internet access, cable TV,
lawn service and local telephone service.  Taxes are not included. 
Long distance calls require a credit card.

One week minimum rental May through December. 

A $50 fee payable to the Villages is required for Renters’ passes and
provides access to all of the recreational activities available to a
Villages resident (see description under Amenities).

A Security deposit of $500 is required for all rentals.  The full
amount less a $75 cleaning fee will be returned within 15 days after
checkout provided the post-checkout inspection is acceptable.
