beachfront properties in the Keys.

beautiful condo is located right on the ocean in Marathon at the 
Coco Plum Beach Villas condominium located at mile marker 54. The 
unit has been recently refurbished and comes with a private balcony 
giving you an unbelievable view of the Atlantic Ocean.  The casual 
yet elegant tropical décor is sure to relax and please, making it 
easy for you to leave your worries behind.

Our two-bedroom condominium offers two large bedrooms, two full 
baths, a spacious living area, dining area with adjacent breakfast 
bar, full kitchen, and screened balcony. 

Condo guests also have access to a private beach along with a heated 
pool on the oceanfront.  

Private beach, heated pool, tennis courts, 3 cable TVs, VCR/DVD, all 
linens and towels, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher and 
microwave, washer and dryer. 

Coco Plum Beach Villas also provides an elevator and parking under 
the building 
for guests.

There is a gas grill downstairs for use by guests.

Marathon is located in the heart of the Florida Keys, allowing you 
to easily visit and enjoy all of the Keys, from Key Largo to Key 
West.

In addition to just unwinding and relaxing, you can swim, parasail, 
jetski, play tennis or golf, or go shopping.  Locally, enjoy the 
many nearby attractions of the Keys including fishing, snorkeling, 
the Bahia Honda State Recreational Park, the Turtle Hospital, the 
Dolphin Research Center, or the many restaurants and tiki bars along 
the water.

Rental:  December 16 through April 30 - $1550
         May 1 through December 15 - agent will negotiate.
         Multiple weeks throughout the year - agent will negotiate.
