Beyond your expections,this home has been occupied with TLC for four 
years by the owner and has been taken excellent care of for you, now 
on the rental market.This is NOT a tired vacation rental. Smack dab 
on the beach!  Any closer and you're wet.You'll feel as though you're 
on a ship, rather than in a beach home. You just may think you're in 
paradise with this fun decor. This lovely beach house features 
spanish tile counter tops and flooring. This romantic,3 BR/2Bath cozy 
beach house has one of the largest decks of  overlooking the Atlantic 
you'll find on the island. Not one, but two high top tables, 
high top chairs and two comfortable, cushioned lounge chairs and 
cushioned glider.  
Three rooms have TV's, all Comcast connected.  Each TV has either a 
DVD/VHS player, or both.CD player in family area with stereo FM 
receiver. Large family area also is right on the beach with two large 
glass sliding doors that open up for those ocean breezes.

All the comforts of home. Three Bedrooms/2 Baths. Sleep peacefully! 
the  Master has king bed with pillow top mattress. Open your private 
sliding glass door for the breezes and calming ocean waves, or pull 
down the  "Black out" blinds in the master that offers a day time nap 
if you wish to escape from the sun or the rest of the family. The 
master BR's sliding doors open onto the deck.  From the master bed 
get those beautiful views of the golden moonglow for memories that 
live forever. Second bedroom tastefully decorated with "island motif" 
and has a new queen. Third has a brand new double bed with personal 
TV/VHS player. Plenty of closet space in each room...and there is a 
comfortable pull out queen in one of the two large over stuffed sofas 
in 
the living room area, also an oversized matching chair with ottoman 
for stretching out or napping.
 Spacious, comfortable family area looking onto the beach. All 
kitchen cookware, plates, cups, glasses,untensils, mixer, blender, 
toaster furnished.  Dishwasher, washer/dryer, garbage disposal 
Dinette that seats four plus 4 high top bar stools to seat four more 
at the bar.Showers at the top and bottom of the deck. All linens, 
towels (except beach towels), bath cloths are included.
  Three Beach chairs furnished along with "boogey boards" and water 
noodles for the kids. Long distance phone calls are free. Enough 
parking for 6 vehicles or combination of vehicles and a boat. Nursery 
rentals available on the island.

This is a very special island, quiet, quaint, safe and romantic. 
Escape the worries of the world while watching dolphins 
swim and play off shore, hunting for sharks teeth on the beach, 
swimming in the ocean, or building sand castles...the 
options are endless...use your imagination.

Take a short boat ride to Cumberland Island and see wild 
horses or visit the church where J.F.K. Jr. was married! Rent bikes, 
rent horses and ride on the beach, play golf, deep sea fish, rent jet 
ski's, motor scooters, discover and shop 
historic downtown Fernandina Beach for those special shops, ice cream 
shops, restaurants, dine on the Intracoastal. Take a short drive to 
Jacksonville or St. Augustine where there are almost unlimited 
attractions to choose from both cities.
