Last Minute Special! 10% OFF- Book a stay for 5+ nights during
January or February, and receive 10% off rental rate.
October - February 27, 2009: $2,000/week. Nightly rentals are
$350/nt Sun-Thurs and $450/nt Fri & Saturday
Feb 28 - June 5: $2,800/week. Nightly rentals are $400/nt Sun-Thurs
and $500/nt Fri and Sat
June 6 - Aug 14: $3,800/week. Weekly Rentals only at this time.
Aug 15 - Sept 11: $2,800/week. Nightly rentals are $400/nt Sun-
Thurs and $500/nt Fri and Sat
Sept 12 - Feb 26, 2010: $2,000/week. Nightly rentals are $350/nt Sun-
Thurs and $450/nt Fri & Saturday
House can be rented as a 3 bedroom/2 bath for groups of 6 or less at
a discounted rate.
Cleaning fee of $175 applies to all rentals.
Taxes are additional 9%. $500 refundable deposit required for all
rentals. $500 upcharge for major holidays applies.
