The Pelican Pointe Resort Condo-Hotel is located on South 
Gulfview Boulevard directly across the street from the Gulf of 
Mexico in the heart of beautiful Clearwater Beach. The resort is 
just a few hundred feet from miles of pristine white sand beach. 

Our unit(416)is on the top floor. You can see the Gulf of Mexico and 
Sand Key from the window and outdoor seating area. 

This one bedroom (queen bed) one bath unit has a kitchenette with a 
refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. A chair, pull-out queen 
sleeper sofa, bistro table and chairs are in the sitting area. A 
hair dryer, iron, ironing board,and luggage racks are also provided.

Amenities include a lush tropical setting, a heated swimming 
pool with a fully furnished sundeck, parking - some covered, 
elevator, ice-machine, vending machines, guest laundromat, wi-fi 
internet access, color cable tv and free local telephone calls. The 
beautiful white sand beach and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico 
are just across the street!

The resort is in walking distance to all major beach 
attractions, including Pier 60, a recreation area with live 
entertainment, vendors, food and sunset beach festivites. Area 
attractions include the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, sightseeing 
cruises, fishing excursions, restaurants, shops, night life and 
miniature golf.

Tampa Bay area attractions include Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, 
Ybor City, Channelside District, golf and several museums. Orlando 
area attractions include the Disney theme parks, Universal Studios, 
and Sea World.
