Vacation Rental Rates 
Property Rates 


Summer Season (April 1 through September 30):
      $2,000 Monthly
   $  1,250 Event weeks

Winter Season (October 1 through March 31):
      $2,250 Monthly
   $1,250 Event weeks  

Rates are subject to change unless deposit is 
received and reservation confirmed.

To secure the date, a $500 refundable security deposit is 
required.  For stays greater than one month, a $750 refundable 
security deposit is required.

Reservation is confirmed when the deposit is received. 
 
Full payment is required 30 days prior to scheduled visit.  If you 
are making a reservation within the month, the rent and deposit is 
due at the same time. 

Deposit less $80.00 cleaning fee will be returned if there are no 
damages or excessive cleaning required. 
  
No refund given if cancellation is made less than 14 days before 
scheduled visit.
