Our stylish, designer decorated, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is 
perfect for people seeking a private pool home with beautiful 
waterfront views in a central location. Turtle Key is ideally 
located close to all of the amenities of Cape Coral, and nearby Fort 
Myers. Located directly on a fresh-water canal, only 25 minutes from 
the brand-new Fort Myers airport, and a short convenient drive to 
Naples, Marco Island, Captiva, Sanibel, and Fort Myers Beach areas. 
Shopping, restaurants, beaches, golfing, fishing, and countless 
other activities are merely minutes away. 
Lazy sunny days can be spent by the large screened-in pool, complete 
with deck, patio table and chairs, and lanai. The pool has an 
electric and solar heater, so the water temperature will be perfect 
in all months. Our home has an open and spacious design, which 
allows for entertaining and socializing. The split bedroom layout 
provides for a very private master bedroom suite, which also enjoys 
direct access to the pool through a set of double glass sliding 
doors. The master bedroom is complete with a beautiful king-size 
bed, TV, en suite toilet, and large walk-in shower, walk-in closet, 
and plenty of drawer space. The second bedroom is complimented with 
a queen-size bed, large closet, and easy access to the pool. The 
third bedroom has a youthful feel, accented by bright vibrant colors 
and décor. It has a "trundle bed," which can be set up as a queen-
size bed, or pulled out as two separate twin beds. 

Our home has been beautifully decorated throughout with every 
comfort accounted for. All living areas and bedrooms have been 
furnished with designer details that make this home a perfect choice 
for a home-away-from-home stay. All linens, including beach towels, 
have been provided. The open plan living area has ample seating in 
over-large comfortable sofas. The kitchen has been equipped with 
everything you could wish for, and there is a great breakfast bar 
area overlooking the living room. Ensuring that all the essentials 
have been taken care of, there is a separate laundry room that 
includes a washing machine and clothes dryer. 

Large glass sliding doors lead outside to your private waterfront 
pool area. The lanai has been furnished with a comfortable seating 
area that seats six, so you can enjoy outdoor living and dining. A 
gas barbecue has been provided so you can take full advantage of the 
warm Florida nights. Steps from the lanai lead down to your own 
private dock where you can enjoy a spot of fishing or just relax and 
enjoy a drink as the sun sets on another perfect day! 

As you would expect from one of Southwest Florida's premier gulf-
front cities, all amenities are a short drive away from your 
vacation home. Whether you fancy shopping for bargains at the outlet 
stores, taking a deep-sea fishing excursion in the Gulf of Mexico, 
or a trip to picturesque Naples, all are within a short car journey. 

Cape Coral is a wonderful location for both families and couples 
seeking a place in the Florida sunshine. Set on the banks of the 
Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico, water is a big part of 
Cape Coral life. Why not visit the famous Sun Splash Family Water 
Park and experience the many water rides and activities. Take a trip 
to the Cape Coral Yacht Club and laze on the small sandy beach. Hire 
a boat and explore the neighbouring tropical islands. Shop at one of
