senses. With no roads, no cars, no traffic, just sandy paths and 
lanes to traverse the island you hear, see and smell sounds, sights, 
and fragrances long forgotten or never experienced.
From the Bay to the Beach the walk is only 5 minutes yet filled with 
the smell of the sweet salt fresh air, accompanied by the songs of 
the island birds. The natural surroundings provide occasional 
sightings of the wild island bunny rabbits, the endangered and 
protected gopher turtles, the often seen American Bald Eagles, and 
the many resident Osprey, Egrets & Herons.
The surrounding waters provide the sights and sounds of the rolling 
tarpon or jumping dolphin, docile manatees, pelicans, seagulls and 
sandpipers.
The seven miles of sugar white sandy beach offers unlimited treasures 
to discover and experience. The calm blue waters of the Gulf of 
Mexico provide swimming, snorkeling, and fishing. Walks on the beach 
will expose a treasure of shells, sharks teeth and corals.
The sunsets leave unmeasured impressions of the beauty and 
tranquility of The Island Experience.

The Activity is whatever you want to make of it. Either total 
tranquility and relaxation, beaching, sunning, shelling, walking. Or 
fishing the waters from inshore flats fishing for Snook, reds, trout, 
pompano to the offshore Gulf of Mexico for Grouper, Snapper, Kings 
and Spanish Mackeral, ect...
The surrounding waters from Charlotte Harbor, Boca Grande Pass, and 
the Gulf of Mexico is renouned world class fishing.
Boating the area from the Bay through the Intracoastal and out into 
the Gulf provides unlimited sightseeing and photo op adventures along 
with stops and spots such as Tiki Bars, Restaurants, Marina/Bait 
Shops, Gift shops and galleries, as well as island hopping to Boca 
Grande, Caya Costa, Cabbage Key, Palm Island and more.
Boat rentals, sightseeing tours, Deep Sea fishing charters, sunset 
cruises, local fishing guides for hire, all easily available and 
accessible.

Prices are for up to 6 people only. $50.00 per person/week if more 
than 6 people.
10% Florida Tax
Security Deposit required: $350.00 deposit for weekly rentals or 
$500.00 deposit for monthly rental.
Deposit will be refunded if reservation is cancelled with 60 day 
notice. Deposit will be refunded 7 days after departure 
provided no damage was incurred during your stay.
