west end. It is a short walk or bike ride to shopping, groceries or 
movies. Sand Pointe's large pool is Oceanside and has an oversized 
patio with room for shaded tables and numerous lounge chairs. There 
is covered parking and the driveway is paved. Sand Pointe boasts 
exquisite landscaping including a lagoon and beautiful outdoor 
lighting.

Our condominium was completely remodeled during 2006 and has an 
overall tropical décor. The kitchen has new cabinets with granite 
counter tops and new appliances. Our living room has a queen size 
sofa sleeper with matching loveseat and a large flat screen TV. We 
reconfigured some walls and doors to create a more private guest 
suite with its own TV and twin beds that can be converted to a king 
size bed. The master suite features Stanley furniture including a 
king size cabana bed. It also has its own flat screen TV. The master 
bath has a step-in shower and a granite top on the new vanity. There 
is also a full size washer and dryer in the condominium for use by 
guests. If you bring your lap top computer, we have wireless access 
to the internet. 

There are beach chairs and toys available in the unit as well as some 
books, games, and puzzles for those rare times when you want to stay 
inside. Bikes, cribs, or other rental equipment is available on the 
island and can be arranged for easily.

Oceans Reach and has similar amenities as our two bedroom.
