From $550 per week (minimum rental 6 nights). Add $50 per week to the above prices for holidays taken at Easter or Christmas / New Year.
Optional pool heat $15 per day (recommended November to April).
These charges include the use of linen and towels, laundry facilities, electricity, water, air conditioning, refuse collection, local telephone calls, preparation of the villa prior to arrival, cleaning after departure and use of the private and community pools.
