Reservation deposit of $200/week due as confirmation.
12% tax added to weekly rate and cleaning-departure fee of $65.00
We reserve bookings for one week rentals (7 day minimum).  Saturday-
Saturday only.
Security (refundable) deposit of $200 due with payment.
