features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, dining nook, living area, a great 
room and kitchen. There is a private pool enclosed by a pool cage 
with privacy glass. Other amenities include new central air-
conditioning, a lanai, and an oversized single car garage with a new 
washer and dryer. It is conveniently located to shopping, banking, 
restaurants, public parks, boating, fishing, golf, and white sandy 
beaches. Punta Gorda Isle's Fisherman's Village is less than a mile 
away. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and leisurely evening walks or relax 
near the pool.

The boat dock in the canal behind the house can accommodate up to a 
25 ft. boat with only one bridge (about 5-7 minutes) to Charlotte 
Harbor. 

What else can you do here in Punta Gorda Isles? Besides relax, you 
can go boating, golfing, shopping, lounge at the local beautiful 
beaches... there's so much to do! Sanibel and Captiva Islands are 
about a 45 minute drive away - there's some spectacular 
shelling at most of the beaches. There are a few outlet malls for 
good shopping, and Ft. Myers and Naples are not far off.

Winter Season (November - May): $2400 per month, $675 weekly. A 
deposit of $1000 for monthly and $250 for weekly rentals will secure 
your preferred dates. The balance is due upon arrival. A one month term is required during high 
season. Preference will be given to monthly and longer-term rentals. 

Summer Season (June - October): $1400 per month, $550 weekly. A 
deposit of $1000 for monthly rentals and $250 for weekly rentals 
will secure your preferred dates. The balance is due upon arrival. A one week minimum is required.

A cleaning fee of $150 applies to all rentals. This fee is not refundable.  Upon arrival a 
refundable deposit of $250 is also required for new renters. Returning guests will be waived this 
deposit. Sorry, we do not allow any pets.
