The Casa Rio Vista is a unique vacation home nestled on the banks of 
the beautiful Santa Fe River. Situated on one of the best locations 
on the river, it offers fantastic views, comfortable accommodations
and over 2000 square feet of living space. No other rental on the
river can offer more! And, it’s just minutes from all the local sight
seeing. 

Whether you are enjoying the view from the porch swing, or swimming 
and playing on the fantastic swim beach, your stay at the Casa Rio 
Vista is sure to be memorable. Inside you will find spacious living
featuring beautiful “River Décor,” hardwood floors and vaulted tin
ceilings. Sleeping accommodations are generous and there is a full 
kitchen and convenient work space.  New wireless DSL. Bring your 
laptop or use the desktop PC provided. TV with DISH network.

Downstairs, the kids can enjoy their own space in the recreation 
room. With ping-pong, TV with DISH network, movies, games and 
puzzles, they are sure to have fun and stay busy.
There’s even a basketball court!

Down by the river you’ll find lots of amenities. Swim and play along 
the 100ft swim beach, relax in the shade on the platform dock, sun
bathe on the floating dock or take a quiet paddle in the kayaks or canoe. Whatever your preference, 
at the end of the day you’ll know you’ve truly experienced the breathtaking Santa Fe
River, one of Florida’s most treasured waterways.

holidays: Spring Break (all of March), Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day $

Please make a deposit of 50% down plus a $300 security deposit upon 
making your reservations. The balance is due in full two weeks prior 
to your rental ( if paying by personal check).  Please write a separate check for security deposit. 
We will return your deposit after a satisfactory inspection of the premises. If paying online, you do 
not need to split the payment. We will refund your deposit via PayPal. You can book on shorter notice 
if paying online.
