house along with a DVD, VCR and CD player. There are several phones 
with answering machine. There are numerous 
phone jacks for easy internet access for your lap top or enjoy the 
free high speed internet provided.
There are lovely window treatmenst throughout.
The floors are  a combination of tile and carpeting. 
The Country Club is  "well groomed" and maintained lovely 
homes.
This is a NON SMOKING home. No one leasing or visiting should be a 
smoker. All guest must be registared and approved, since this is a 
secure community.
Sorry no pick up trucks are allowed. Cars must be parked inside the 
garage.
There is a $350 deposit fully refundable with no damage or missing 
items.
A $125 exit cleaning fee is deducted from the deposit. 

Enjoy the heated Country Club Pool, Restaurants, Pro-shops, tennis 
courts, 
and organized social activites such as golf leagues, aerobics, 
bunko, 
tennis leagues, bowling leagues, dance lessons and more for a montly 
access fee of $100. 

The golfing at is very 
reasonable and you can use the wonderful Club House restaurant to 
dine in.
