Palm trees swaying, white sandy beaches beckoning, and the sea gulls are calling you to come and 
stay at this  charming 2 bedroom one large bathroom cottage just 1/2 block from the Gulf of Mexico. 
Arched dooorways and glass doorknobs add charm to the modern nautical theme.  Covered parking and a 
private green lush backyard with chaise lounge chairs is yours to enjoy. A gas grill awaits your 
catch of the day. Inside you will find a well equipped full kitchen, front room, spacious living 
room with a pull out sleeper sofa. For the benefit of our future guests we do not permit smoking nor 
pets. 

This beach house is fully furnished. It has two bedrooms with a queen and full sized beds as well as 
a sleeper sofa and can accommodate up to six guests. One large bathroom with tub and shower and a 
hair dryer. It has a  washer and outdoor clothesline and nearby laundromat. Iron and ironing board 
available. TV, DVD, stereo and movie and CD collection. Also portable radio and beach items to use. 
In the kitchen you will find a microwave, full sized refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster, 
etc... eat in dining table and a blender just waiting for the next fruity concoction to be made. 
There is an outside shower to rinse off sandy feet and toys. We have tables for outdoor dining or 
relaxing and a stereo to hear your favorite tunes. An unusual feature is our covered private 
parking. Catch a nice breeze under the covered patio.

Our favorite place is the Candy Kitchen which is within walking distance. It has the best ice cream, 
fudge, candy and other delicious treats. Johns pass is one mile south exactly and is a nice place to 
shop, eat, watch the dolphins swim and play and a good place for dancing and having fun. Fishing at 
the Skyway bridge pier or visiting the Marie Selby Gardens in Sarasota is worth the time it takes to 
get there (about an hour) Take a ride on a Pirate boat in Clearwater, or try your hand at jet skis 
or parasailing. Visit Corey ave for unusual shops or the movies at the Beach theatre with velvet 
seats. We have a beach book full of ideas of fun things to do and places to go. We also list our 
favorite restaurants and beach hang outs. Day trips to Orlando, Tampa, Ybor City, Clearwater beach, 
Tarpon springs, Sarasota, Fort De Sota Park and many more are also listed in our beach book as well 
as local discounts to area attractions.
