If fishing takes your fancy take the two minute walk to the lake to 
fish for Bass off of the fishing pier.  New for 2008 will be the 
lakeside club house.

With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms Parc Villa is ideal for two 
families travelling together or for those who just like to spread 
out!! Disney World is just 15 minutes north and Cypress Gardens is 
just 15 minutes south. Southern Dunes Golf Club is next door and a 
few minutes up the road is Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club and the world 
famous Championsgate. You can shop til' you drop! Spend your time 
eating or just while away the time at a more leisurely pace!


 
   
Living Areas:   

The open plan ground floor consists of a carpeted family area with 
comfy sofas and a double convertible sofa bed, coffee table, side 
tables and lamps. An impressive 42" wall mounted flat screen plasma 
TV with a state of the art sound surround theatre system is provided 
for your enjoyment! There is a large ceiling fan for your added 
comfort and patio doors leading out to the pool deck area. 

THE GAMES ROOM has QUALITY equipment consisting of a pool table, 
table football - fooseball, air hockey, darts and indoor giant board games!
 
KITCHEN The extended fully fitted KITCHEN with breakfast bar, 
includes an undercupboard CD/radio, a full-size cooker, microwave, 
large side by side fridge/freezer with ice-maker and water cooler, 
dishwasher and larder. All cutlery, crockery, glassware, kitchenware 
and tea towels are provided. 

The DINING AREA has a beautiful formal dining table for 8 guests and 
two seats at the breakfast bar enable you all to dine together. 
Should you wish to dine alfesco you can just open the 
patio doors and go out to dine on the extended pool deck. 

UTILITY ROOM A separate UTILITY ROOM houses a large washing machine, dryer, 
household items such as ironing board and iron.
There is also a very convenient separate downstairs toilet with 
vanity basin accessed by a sliding door.


MASTER BEDROOMS
The very large DOWNSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM is tastefully furnished and 
has a Sealey Posture Pedic king-sized bed with an overhead ceiling fan. 
There are bedside cabinets to either side of the bed and BOTH have radio/alarm clocks, 
lamps and one side also has a telephone - so no having to run to the 
lounge when the phone rings!! There is a large dresser with mirror 
AND a flat screen TV with integral DVD operated by remote control. 
There are three areas in this room suitable to accommodate a 
cot/cots without comprimising space! The size of this room makes it 
suitable for most wheelchair/hoist users This room also has its own 
patio doors to enable you to just step out onto the pool deck for 
your early morning swim! There is a huge walk-in closet with plenty 
of hanging space and room for all those shopping bargains. The tiled 
MASTER EN-SUITE includes separate his/hers vanity basins, large 
corner bath and walk-in shower. There is ample room in this bathroom 
for wheelchair users to manoeuvre and to use a bath hoist. There is 
also a separate private toilet in this bathroom. 

2ND MASTER SUITE As you come up the stairs you will see the double
doors leading into the stunning 2ND MASTER SUITE. 
It has a central king-sized bed with three very 
tasteful 50's style soul singer pictures on the wall above the 
headboard. The bedside cabinets have matching lamps and BOTH sides 
of the bed also have an alarm clock radio. There is also a 
telephone. Over the bed is a large ceiling fan. The dresser has a 
large mirror, many drawers and holds the TV and DVD player There is 
a hairdryer in the dresser. There is also ample space in this room 
to put up 1 or 2 cots without comprimising space. This bedroom also 
has a walk-in closet The black, gold and metallic theme of the 
bedroom is carried through to the en-suite bathroom with its 
accessories. It has a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet. 

THIRD MASTER SUITE has a queen-sized bed with overhead ceiling fan, 
bedside cabinets with lamps and BOTH sides of the bed have a clock 
radio alarm. There is also a telephone. The dresser has a large 
mirror and holds the Flat Screen TV and DVD player There is also a 
hairdryer in the draw. The ENSUITE BATHROOM is accessorised with 
colours from the bedroom, has a walk-in shower, toilet and wash 
basin. This bedroom also has a closet 

 
Other Bedrooms:   
The TWO TWIN BEDROOMS are very spacious and absolutely delightful 
for children of all ages and of course the young at heart!! 
The 'Mickey and Friends' bedroom is beautifully co-ordinated in 
traditional 'Mickey' colours. There are framed pictures, a bedside 
cabinet and lamp. A chest of drawers holds the Mickey Mouse TV 
complete with ears!! There is also a DVD player. Minnie and Mickey 
await their visitors! The 'Winnie the Pooh' bedroom is also 
beautifully co-ordinated in traditional 'Pooh' colours. It also has 
framed pictures, a bedside cabinet and lamp. A 'Winnie the Pooh' TV 
and DVD sit on the dresser and Winnie the Pooh and Tigger await your 
stay! 
 
 
 
Exterior:   
Parc Villa is set in landscaped gardens in the most sought after 
plot on Tower Lake. The extended lanai covered patio/pool deck is 
large enough for you all to enjoy the sun or shade from the comfort 
of your sun loungers after a dip in the SOUTH FACING 30 X 15 POOL 
You can sit in the SPA with your favourite tipple after a hectic day 
out and catch up with world events on the OUTSIDE TV! We have 4 
sunbeds for the sunworshipers! 4 Reclining chairs with foot stools 
and 4 other chairs all with comfortable quality cushions There's a 
large table with chairs for dining alfresco and a ceiling fan for 
when the going gets too hot! A pool fence with gate is provided 
which you may choose to use for additonal pool safety. Pool heating 
is available. Adviseable in the cooler months. (Sorry, additional

A short break cleaning charge of $90/£45 is applied to all stays of 
5 nights or less.

A 10% discount is offered on all stays of 21 nights or more.

A deposit of $300/£150 per week will secure your booking with the 
balance of the booking due 10 weeks before departure.

A security deposit of $360/£200 is payable at the time of the final 
balance but is refundable after your stay subject to a satisfactory 
inspection by our Management Co.

Pal (Handling charge applied)
