Our oceanfront getaway is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo on 
beautiful Amelia Island.  This unit is located on the 7th (top) 
floor and has spectacular , unobstructed views of the ocean and miles
of unspoiled beaches. The condo has the only private fishing pier 
on the beach, a sparkling pool and tennis courts.  Take a walk on 
the pier and get a close-up look at the dolphins. Start each day 
watching the beautiful sunrises from the balcony.  Have your morning 
coffee and watch the beach come alive with the shrimp boats, 
pelicans, seagulls, and the first fisherman of the day heading down 
the pier.
 
Amelia Island is easily reached by car or by plane. Jacksonville 
International Airport is a short 30 minute drive from here. 75 miles 
to St. Augustine.
 
The kitchen has recently been remodeled.  The master bedroom has a 
king size bed and private bathroom. Two twin beds, & a queen 
sofabed.  The unit comfortably sleeps six.
 
The spectacular ocean views can be seen from both the spacious 
living room and dining room, as well as the kitchen and master 
bedroom.  The entire interior is decorated with the casual charm of 
beach living while still providing the finest amenities.   

Kitchen:  Refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, 
blender, coffeemaker, dishes, cooking utensils.

General:  Towels, linens, telephone, cable,DVD, radio, iron, wireless internet, 
ironing board, air-conditioning, laundry facility.

Outside:  Fishing pier, pool, tennis courts, secure parking, balcony,
grill & picnic area, grass "play" area, outside shower.
 

With 13 miles of Florida's most beautiful beaches, Amelia Island is 
definitely a vacation paradise.  When you arrive on Amelia Island 
you will be awed by the diversity & the uniqueness of the island.  
From its tranquil shores, to historic downtown Fernandina Beach. 
Take a trip back in time & visit the "Palace Saloon", the oldest bar 
in Florida.  Fort Clinch, & "centre street" with all its many 
shops.  You will soon discover why the island has so many return 
visitors.  Once here, you too, will fall in love with the island.
 
Whether you are looking for relaxation or want to stay on the go, 
you will find it here.
  Beach activities are endless:  swimming, fishing, surfing, wind-
surfing,build a sandcastle, go horseback riding, collect shells and 
shark's teeth, fly a kite, or just sit there and relax.
Even if you don't fish, the pier has something to offer. Get your 
daily exercise by power walking.  Take awesome pictures of ocean 
life up-close.  Dolphins, manatees, and yes,occasionally even a
whale.   
   

Around the island activities are also endless:   
Historic downtown Fernandina Beach with the many unique shops and 
fabulous restaurants.  Go antique hunting on Centre street.  Fort 
Clinch State Park, Museum of History-"Ghost Tours"!  Golf courses 
abound, go kayaking, take a casino cruise or even aerial 
sightseeing.  
Every month Amelia Island is host to events such as: Concours 
d'Elegance, Shrimp Festival, Kingfish Tournament, Bausch and Lomb 
Women's Tennis Championships, and the Island Jazz Festival.
