Seasonal rates
$1600.00 per month September to December
three months rental prefferd
A security deposit of 500.00 is due after confirmation of 
reservation to hold dates. 
Payment in full is due 14 days prior to arrival. 
Payments are accepted in cashier checks or money order and in US 
funds only.
Security Deposit will be returned 7 days after departure. 
Everything must be in good condtion.
