This delightful cottage is nestled on a beautiful wooded lot on Lake 
Mckissack. The property is less than a mile from public boat launch 
and only 1 mile from Carrabelle Beach. This is the ideal location 
for fishing and enjoyment of the white sands of Carrabelle Beach. 
The cottage is furnished nicely and includes everything needed for 
your stay including linens. There is also plenty of room for parking 
your boat or jet skis. In addition, we have just added a new 30 foot 
dock on the lake. Inquire about Telephone & internet if 
needed.
The lake is a deep water fresh-water lake.  There have been some 
huge bass caugt from our dock. The Carrabelle River is only two 
blocks away and offers great fresh water fishing.  Access to the bay 
& Gulf is less than 1/2 mile away.  Be our guests at the Carrabelle 
Boat Club where they will put your boat in dry storage or at one of 
their private docks.  Wihin walking distance.  Some of the best bay, 
surf, off-shore, and fresh water fishing are only minutes away.  The 
beautiful white sands of Carrabelle Beach are less than a mile from 
the cottage.
If you like shopping, check out Apalachicola.  Full of artistic 
little shops, antiques, great restaurants, and a bustling waterfront 
full of history and historical homes.  You might check out the 
estuary lab while you're there.  Lots of info about the area, marine 
life and wildlife native to our area, and educational info for the 
entire family.
