Monthly rates 2400-2800 plus 250 refundable security deposit.
9% Florida sales tax for rentals less than six months. 
Security deposit plus 1/2 rental rate due at booking.  Remainder due 
30 days prior to rental.
I charge an additional $16 per day if you want the spa/pool heated.
