•Pass through the private gates, a grand entrance including 
porte cochere creates a stately first impression.

•You pass by the full size Washer/Dryer on your way to the

Sliding glass doors enter to 2ND BALCONY.

•Back to the Living Room.  We made this extra comfortable 
with a leather recliner, leather chair with ottoman and Sofa with 
queen size sleeper.  LCD flat screen TV, DVD/VCR player.  Great 
sounding stereo sits on top of the beautiful entertainment center.  
Floor to ceiling windows lead to large, private balcony.  Sit back 
and enjoy the view on our bar height stools and glass table. Or we 
have also included 4 chairs with an additional table for the family.

•Now on to the Master Suite.  Oversized travertine shower, 
dual sinks, beautiful granite countertops, separate wash closet, 
dressing area, large walk-in closet.  King size PILLOW TOP bed. Nice 
bureau with 32” TV.  An expansive window offers PANORAMIC VIEWS, 
sliding glass doors lead to large balcony.
