The 18-hole "Stoneybrook" course at the Stoneybrook Golf Club at
Heritage Harbour facility in Bradenton, Florida features 7,134 yards
of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is
74.8 and it has a slope rating of 142 on Bermuda grass.  Designed by
Arthur Hills, ASGCA, the Stoneybrook golf course opened in 2002. S & S
Golf Management manages this facility.

This condo is situated right on the fairway of the 18 hole golf
course. From the condo's lanai you have a direct view. 
  
For your dining convenience you can spend the evening at the
Stoneybrook Clubhouse, which is in walking distance from the Condo. 

There is a small pool situated right across the street.

The Club also features a recreational Center, with Gyms, Hockey Field,
Volleyball, Tennis Courts, Heated Pool and Jaccuzzi.
