also a heated pool at the clubhouse  (which also has a lift for use 
by a handicapped person).  Imagine jumping in after a round of golf

surrounds the pool and the comfortable patio furniture.  

The floors are tiled, except for the bedrooms--snuggly carpet for 
bare toes.  A small patio off the kitchen is perfect for a cup of 
coffee and a relaxing read in the mornings.  The large open floor 
plan for the living room, dining room and the open double doors to 
the den make the space perfect for entertaining.  Or close the den 
doors and it becomes another bedroom where the queen sleeper sofa 
offers a wonderful night's sleep.  There are even two twin air beds 
should the kids and grandkids come for a week or weekend.

There are two large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the twins.  
The master bath had a separate jacuzzi tub.  The separate shower 
means that you do not have to step over the edge of a tub to get 
into it.  Off of the second bedroom is another full bath room with 
tub and ahower combination. 

The attached two car garage with opener allows you to park your car 
and all your toys (boat, ATV, scooter, bicycle, motorcycle) under 
cover and secure. 

We want our guests feel welcome and at home. So we furnish  
everthing for a fully furnished kitchen.  Linens of every sort- even 
a Christmas table cloth should the season warrant. Candles and 
candle holders. 

There are books, tour books, cookbooks, table games and cards.  AmFm 
stereo, VCR-DVD player, 27" Tv with remote in living room. Cable is 
included. Many tapes and DVDs are available for your use. High speed 
internet is available for an additional fee.

Master has queen bed, clock radio and ensuite bathroom with 
handicapped accessible oversized tiled shower. New queen sleeper 
couch in denfor when the kids and grandkids come for a week or 
weekend.     

This villa is 1740 square feet of luxury living in one of the most 
beautiful and well cared for communities in East Bradenton. About 10 
minutes from I75 to the east affording easy and quick access to the 
major attractions of Bush Gardens (60 minutes) Plant City for the 
Strawberry Festival (75 minutes) and all of the Orlando activities 
(2 hours). 

Then just south are all of the benefits of Sarasota (without the 
high rental pricetag) like the Ringling Museum, St Armands Circle 
for great shopping and fine dining. Main streeet with the boutiques 
and more great dining, theatre.  

With the beach only 20 minutes away, we offer beach towels, sand 
umbrellas, folding chairs and loungers for our guests. You bring the 
sunscreen and swimsuits.  

Public boat ramp to the Manatee and Braden Rivers with access to the 
inland waterway and Gulf of Mexico is less than 5 miles away. 

There are numerous world class golf courses between 5 and 20 minutes 
by car aside from the Peridia golf course that is steps away. They  
include the Arnold Palmer designed "Legacy", University 
Parkway, Manatee County, Palma Sola, River Run, Rosedale, Tara 
Preserve, and many more. All of these courses are public, however 
some may give tee time priority to members.

Bradenton is 1 hour from the Tampa Intl Airport over one of the 10 
most scenic bridges in the US.  Sarasota/Bradenton airport is 15 
minutes away. 

And, not to forget the very important Ellenton discount center, with 
hundreds of stores, is just two exits up I75.

Golf membership ($100 per month up to max of $300) is available, 
payable directly to the HOA includes discounts for clubhouse, 
dining, greens fees, carts and priority tee times.  Membership is 
not necessary for use of the course or facilities.
