Dec - Apr $900/wk $2,000/mo
May - Aug $800/wk $1,900/mo
Sep - Nov $700/wk $1,800/mo

Rates do not include sales tax or cleaning fee.

FL sales tax + Flagler County discretionary tax = 7%

Cleaning fee is $75.  



Refundable deposit of $300 is required to hold reservation and will 
be returned upon satisfactory inspection of condo.

We do require payment in full 2 months prior to reservation for high 
season renters (Jan-Apr).
