This 850 sq.ft. 1-bedroom 3rd-floor LUXURY RESORT unit IS RIGHT ON 
THE SANDY BEACHES of St. Pete Beach and our balcony over looks this 
wonderful beach area on the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a 
queen and single bed in it to sleep up to 3, and the living room has 
a pull-out bed to sleep another 2 for a maximum of 4 people.

WI-FI internet connectivity is available FOR FREE. Please inquire about 
this at the office. Also, there is a computer in the office available for your use.

This home is exquisitely decorated and fully furnished to suit the 
tastes of the most discriminating guest. We've spared no expense to 
make sure your vacation resort has everything you need and more. 
Each unit comes with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave as 
well as an in-suite Washer/Dryer and the quality of decorating you'd

shopping facilities, so once you are here, you'll spend your time in

many attractions, including Walt Disney World® Complex, Epcot®

Gardens. Also close at hand are exciting spectator sports like

Sorry, but this room is non-smoking only. Feel free to smoke out on 
the balcony however. Also, no pets allowed.
