Our beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow condo is located at Gulf 
Gardens Resort on Madeira Beach.  Madeira Beach lies in the centre 
of miles of beautiful white sand beaches with public access directly 
across the street. Madeira beach is 2.3 miles in length.  Continuous 
sidewalks provide an easy walk from end to end. Our fully furnished 
condo features a Queen size bed and a pull out queen sofa to sleep a 
total of 4.Our bathroom has a newly tiled shower and a new toilet. 
We also have central air conditioning, a fully stocked kithchen and 
linen closet.  We have ceiling fans in the living and bedroom.

Our bungalow has all modern conveniences of home including: Cable 
TV, Central AC, Large Private Heated Pool and Patio, Large Gazebo, 
Community BBQ, Easy Beach Access, Small Community Atmosphere, Clean 
Well Maintained Grounds.  Beach access is across the street and 
laundry facilities are nearby.  Our unit features one bedroom with a 
queen size bed, a fully modern kitchen with a full size 
refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots, pans 
and all the utensils you would need.  Our living area consists of a 
Queens size sleeper sofa and a love seat.  We also have cable TV and 
a VCR.

The are many leisure and recreational options including sailing, 
fishing, swimming, parasailing, golfing and tennis.  You will find 
shops, restaurants, banks, a post office, churches, grocery stores 
and John's Pass Village Boardwalk with over 100 unique shops nearby.
Tampa International Airport is 45 minutes away and we are 90 minutes 
from Orlando and Disney World
