This apartment is available for a long or short term lease.  Its 
fully furnished and it has all the amenities you would 
expect from resort style living.  The monthly rent is $1,250 to 
$1,500 per month depending on the term of the lease.  You pay the 
electric only.  I will pay for the cable and the water.  Internet can be included with the cable if
