is the largest unit in Golf Villas. It is an end unit with a full 
size laundry room (new washer and dryer) and completely new eat-in 
kitchen (wood cabinets, GE Profile stainless steel appliances, and 
granite countertops). There is a walk-in "California closet" in 
master bedroom.
There is a screened deck with a water view.  Our unit is steps from 
the pool and a short walk to the tennis complex, fitness center, 
Members' Club, PGA Resort (with Olympic sized pool and Jacuzzi) and 
Pro Shops. 
Golf membership includes tennis, health club, croquet and golf 
(cart fee only) on any of the five courses. 

The condo comes equipped with three TVs, stereo with CD player, 
VCRs and DVDs.  There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, 
a king sized bed in the second bedroom, and a convertable couch 
in the living room.  

High speed internet is available.

There are five golf courses.
Membership allows you to use all the PGA National Resort facilities 
including a full service spa.
There are great restaurants, recreational activities and shopping 
nearby.
