size side-by-side washer and dryer. The house has a large outside 
patio area with a covered area with table and lounge chairs or you 
can sun yourself on the deck. If you are in the mood for swiming, jump in the pool or
just walk across the street and spend the day at your private beach 
on the ocean. 

Jupiter offers plenty of shopping and the Palm Beach Gardens' Mall 
is only 8 minutes away while Palm Beach and Worth Avenue is only 20 
minutes away. There are local golf courses, Deep-Sea fishing, 
Jupiter Inlet(5 minutes North), Singer Island with scuba diving, 
snorkeling, windsurfing, parasailing, kayaking and boat and jet-ski

$5,500.00 per month - January 2009 through March 2009
$3,500.00 per month - April & May 2008
$3,000.00 per month - June through December 2008


Rates include cable including Showtime, electricity, and water.
Check in time is 3PM unless other arrangements are made
A $500.00 security deposit will be required at the time of 
application. Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 60 days 
of your reservation. Please note that Holiday rental rates may be 
higher. 

Deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection.
