Fantastic 40 mile panoramic views, located directly on the Gulf of 
Mexico, sugar-white sand beaches, beautiful, emerald green waters on 
Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, FL.

This unit is located in a smaller compex (44 units) built in 1997,  
located on Santa Rosa Boulevard. Santa Rosa Boulevard dead-ends into 
government property 1/3 mile away.  This means very little traffic, 
no street cruisers, and a quieter atmosphere.  Just 1.3 miles from 
the new Okaloosa Convention Center, Okaloosa Island is 6 miles west 
of Destin, 45 minutes East of Pensacola.  

Inexpensive direct flights from Atlanta are available 4-5 times per 
day, the airport is just minutes away at Valparaiso (airport code is 
VPS).

This unit is professionally decorated, the balcony is open to the 
sky, so no "tunnel vision" views of the Gulf. 

The building has only 6 floors, this end unit is on the 5th floor, 
and therefore the wraparound balcony is open directly to the 
sky.  This offers incredible 40 mile panoramas, and just makes a 
much more expansive view of the beaches, both East and West.


Directly beachront, this condo offers remarkable views from the 
dining area, living room and master bedroom.   The guest bedroom 
overlooks Santa Rosa Sound, and offers a great view also.

The complex was built in 1997, this unit is just steps from the 
elevator.  The dedicated beach boardwalk is approximately 150 steps 
from the elevator - - and get this - - free golf daily, and your 
beach chairs and umbrella are included!  

Very clean, professionally decorated throughout, we take much pride 
in our ownership and have many returning guests each year.

Along with the beach, sun and watersports activities, local 
restaurants are within a 2-3 minute drive.  The Gulfarium is just 
around the corner with dolphin shows and aquariums for all ages.  
The Okaloosa Island pier is one mile away, offering good pier 
fishing for the fishermen, just a good beach walk and sightseeing 
for the rest.  Many fine restaurants, miles of unspoiled and 
undeveloped beaches within walking distance.  
Charter fishing, both blue water and inshore/bay charters are 
locally available.  New High Speed Internet Access!

Take an afternoon and rent a pontoon boat for the whole family, pack 
a picnic lunch or eat right on the water at your choice of 
waterfront restaurants.  Jet ski's, parasailing, scuba diving, 
snorkeling, boat rentals, many shopping experiences as well as the 
Silver Sands Outlet mall within 10 miles.
