 "Sea Breeze Manor" is a beautiful new 4 bedroom Gulf View home with a
new private pool.  Beautifully decorated with an overstocked kitchen
and professionally landscaped and maintained grounds, it will become
one of our best rental homes on Cape San Blas.

We have good views of the Gulf of Mexico and Sunset views from it's
spacious wrap around decks that also give you great views of St Joseph
Bay, the water and Sunset views from Sea Breeze Manor could become the
highlight of your relaxing time at our beach home in paradise.

Located within the upscale & very popular SeaGrass community. With 4
bedrooms and 3 master suites, Sea Can Do is prefect for large families
or two families vacationing together.   Master # 1 is huge and has
it's own sitting / TV area.

The Seagrass community is located on the north Cape and when you
stroll down to the beach, if you turn right, there is approx 1/2 mile
of powder soft white beach that has not been developed with homes yet,
so finding your own private beach spot for the day is not only easy to
do, it's hard to not do.

With high end stainless steel appliances and an abundance of cooking
and serving wear, you will enjoy preparing the daily meals, or if you
prefer, going out to dine at one of many local restaurants in Port St
Joe or Appalachicola. 

The SeaGrass community also has a nice community pool area with club
house for those that enjoy meeting others and socializing while the
kids swim and make new friends.  And of course, the beach area in
SeaGrass is the same powder white soft sand that all of the beautiful
Cape San Blas beach areas are famous for.


Bed configurations are:  Huge King Master suite (has a crib), Queen
Master suite, Full Master suite and a very large bedroom with a set of
bunks and 2 additional twins and its own bathroom. 

And Yes, Sea Breeze Manor and our beaches are also pet friendly for
well behaved canines, please inquire if you want to bring that special
family member along too.
