There is a large Master Bedroom with private bath, king bed with a 
fantastic mattress, large double closet and huge dresser decorated 
in a tropical motif.  The second bedroom has a queen bed with a the 
most comfortable mattress, walk-in closet and huge dresser also 
decorated with a tropical flare.  You will find ceiling fans in the 
Master bedroom, second bedroom, living room, kitchen and Florida 
room.  Sit on the lanai in the mornings and enjoy your coffee.  
There is a laundry room with washer/dryer for your use along with an 
attached garage.  This home is located in a quiet and peaceful 
neighborhood with two pools (one heated), shuffle board, tennis 
courts, club house and a community center and is situated half-way 
between Sarasota and Ft Myers.  It is just minutes to golf courses, 
beaches, fishing, shopping, restaurants, bike and nature path, 
library, exercising facilities, badmitton, Charlotte Harbor, 
Dearborn historical district, Warm Mineral Springs, movies, flea 
markets, watercraft rentals, charter fishing boats and sports park, 
certainly something for everyone.   

Kitchen has electric stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator with 
ice maker, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, flatware, toaster, 
coffee maker.  All linens and towels are supplied.  Washer and dryer 
for your convenience.  King bed in Master Bedroom, Queen bed in 
second bedroom with two sofa sleepers. TV with cable and DVD 
player.  There are two community swimming pools and game rooms at 
the club house.  Pack lightly, you will find all the comforts of

Port Charlotte is located halfway between Sarasota and Ft. Myers on 
Florida's Gulf Coast and is only an hours drive from either airport.
