15 foot high sand dune that runs the entire length of Navarre Beach. All of the other condo pools on 
the beach are at ground zero, which means that your view of the Gulf is blocked by the 15 foot high 
sand dune. This luxurious Belle Mer unit is on the same floor level as the pool deck. The unit 
offers a spectacular view of the pool and the Gulf from inside the unit even if you are sitting on 
the sofa or dining area. 

The authenic travertine patio offers the same stunning view. There is not another view like this

the surrounding deck for sun bathing. The pool deck is connected to the walkover to the beach. You 
have this access from the unit’s patio. You don’t even have to ride an elevator up and down to get 
to the pool and beach.

The unit is exquisitely decorated and designed to accent our most popular feature, the ocean views. 
Elegant but comfortable with 10 foot ceilings. The living area has large framed prints by local 
award winning photographer Kenny Wilder. The unit has its own high speed internet 8 Mbps connection 
with a router so you can sit out on the patio with your laptop. 

The grand room adjoins the kitchen, breakfast bar and dining room that flow to the scenic patio. 
Other than the penthouse this is the largest kitchen in the building. Lots of space and seating for 
entertaining 5 or 20 people. The unit has 10 foot ceilings with crown molding, and large sliding 
glass doors. Separate laundry room with full washer and dryer. 

Free access to the fitness center, meeting room, and tennis courts. Across the street is a 3.6 mile 
bike and walking trail. 

Just 2.6 miles from the Belle Mer is the entrance to the Gulf Islands National Seashore. The road 
winds through the National Seashore, which is only 7 miles from Pensacola Beach.
